Crafted from a heavy-duty puncture resistant vinyl, they feature a leak-proof valve that is easy to fill with a garden hose. We recommended filling the bag 1/2 to 3/4 of its full capacity to prevent popping caused by expansion if the water freezes. To install the bag simply place the bag on your inground pool winter cover into the correct position and fill with water.
