Product Overview
Brand: Taidacent
Features:
- Channel difference is small, more accurate, 0.1V resolution accuracy. There are three versions of 5V / 12V / 24V optional.
- Input a voltage compared with the reference voltage (reference voltage through precision multi-turn potentiometer partial pressure get),the input voltage is greater than the reference voltage, the relay pull, the circuit connected, at the same time the work of the corresponding channel indicator light.
- Input a voltage compared with the reference voltage (reference voltage through precision multi-turn potentiometer partial pressure get), the input voltage is less than the reference voltage, the relay pulls, the circuit is connected, at the same time the work of the corresponding channel indicator light
- Function 1: Input voltage and setting voltage between the comparison, the Input voltage is greater than the setting voltage, the circuit is turned on, while the corresponding channel work indicator light; Function 2: Input voltage and setting voltage between the comparison The input voltage is less than the set voltage , the circuit is turned on, while the corresponding channel work indicator light
- Module uses: automotive circuit modification, industrial equipment, experimental testing, circuit application testing
Details: The reference voltage of the module is obtained by dividing the positive pole of the input power supply through a precision resistor. The positive voltage of the input power supply determines the range of the reference voltage. For example: the positive input of the power supply is 12V, then the adjustable range of the reference voltage is 0~12V. Module usage: industrial control equipment, instrumentation, experimental test, automotive circuit modification, etc. Working voltage: DC5V \ DC12V \ DC24V Working current: DC5V-50ma \ DC12V-35ma \ DC24V-25ma Module appearance: 45x30x18mm (length x width x height) Input a voltage to be compared with the reference voltage set on the module (the reference voltage can be set by the adjustable potentiometer on the module) to compare. When the input voltage is greater than the set reference voltage, the relay is closed; when the input voltage is less than or equal to the reference voltage, the module does not act. Setting: The first step, 4 and 5 input working power, adjust the 11th, get the value of the reference voltage by testing the 11th pin; (the black test lead of the multimeter is placed at 5, the red test lead is tested 1) The second step is to input the voltage signal to be compared from No. 3. The negative electrode of the voltage signal to be compared is connected to 2. If it is a common ground, it does not need to be connected to 2. Conclusion: If the voltage of No. 3 is higher than the set reference voltage No. 1, then the 9th light is on, the relay is closed, 7-6 is on, and 8-7 is off; If the 3rd voltage is less than or equal to the set reference voltage (1st), the 9th light is off and the relay keeps 8-7 on. Input two voltage signals to be compared to 1 and 3 respectively. When voltage signal 3 is greater than voltage signal 1, the relay is closed; when voltage signal 3 is less than or equal to voltage signal 1, the relay does not act. Setting: The first step is to remove the jumper at position 10; The second step, 4 and 5 input working power, input the voltage signal to be compared from 1 and 3 respectively, and the negative pole of the voltage signal to be compared is connected to 2, if it is a common ground, it can not be connected to 2. Conclusion: If the voltage of No. 3 is higher than the voltage of No. 1, the light is on, the relay is closed, 7-6 is on, and 8-7 is off; If the voltage of No. 3 is less than or equal to the voltage of No. 1, the light is off and the relay keeps 8-7 on. Input-a voltage to be compared with the reference voltage set on the module (the reference voltage can be set by the adjustable potentiometer on the module) to compare. When the input voltage is less than the set reference voltage, the relay is closed; when the input voltage is less than or equal to the reference voltage, the relay does not act. (The opposite of function) Setting: The first step is to set the 10th jumper to function E mode according to the figure The second step, 4 and 5 input working power, adjust the 10th, get the reference voltage value by testing the 3rd; (The black test lead of the multimeter is placed at 5, the red test lead is tested 3) The third step is to input the voltage signal to be compared from No. 1. The negative electrode of the voltage signal to be compared is connected to 2. If it is a common ground, it can not be connected to 2. Conclusion: If the voltage of No. 1 is lower than the set reference voltage (No. 3), then the 9th light is on, the relay suction stage, 7-6 is on, 8-7 is off; If the voltage of No. 1 is greater than or equal to the set reference voltage (No. 3), the ninth light is off and the relay keeps 8-7 on.
