- LEFT OR RIGHT SIDE: One removable compression pad that you position over the hernia on the left or right side. An adjustable hook-and-loop waist band and a groin strap let you set how snug it feels; the strap moves to either side at the back.
- PAD AND POCKET: The pad is about 4.5 in (11.5 cm) tall. It sits in a pocket on the front panel or sticks to it with hook-and-loop, so you can take it out and set it where you need it.
- LOW PROFILE: A low-profile belt you can wear under your clothes. Wear it as your doctor advises, before or after hernia surgery.
- HOW TO FIT: Wrap the band around your hips, set the pad over the hernia, bring the groin strap forward between your legs and secure it. Do not overtighten: it should not restrict movement or circulation. Stop if you feel pain or numbness.
- SIZING: Measure around your hips where the belt sits. S/M fits 34-44 in (86-112 cm) and L/XXL fits 44-55 in (112-140 cm), as in the size chart in the images. Available in black, gray or white.
- FABRIC AND CARE: 50% polyester, 20% nylon, 30% spandex. Made in China. Hand wash; do not bleach, tumble dry, iron or dry clean.
