- HIGH FINISH AND STRAIGHTNESS:The surface of the Linear Motion Rods is treated by special grinding and hard chrome plating technology, and then mirror polished. The surface is smooth, without cracks, and even with no bubbles.
- HIGH HARDNESS: Adapting C45 high quality steel, high frequency quenching, surface chromium plating(10um-20um). The case hardness could be reach to 57-62 HRC. Durable and corrosion-resistant.
- HIGH ACCURACY: Diameter 10mm, tolerance -0.005mm to -0.03mm ( 9.995mm - 9.97mm), length 700mm, tolerance ± 0.5mm ( 699.5mm - 700.5mm ).
- HUMANIZATION DESIGN:Chamfer on both ends, easier to install linear bearings and won't hurt fingers when installing it.
