- Stands tall once you unfold it — it ships folded, so open it up your way: stuff it with blankets for a day, steam the creases, or shape the sides by hand; then the thick double-woven sides stand on their own, and it looks fullest with things inside
- Holds a full family-size load — a true 26" tall x 20" wide (66 x 50 cm), swallowing 2-3 loads of laundry or piles of blankets, towels, pillows and comforters, so a busy family empties it far less often
- Woven lid hides the mess — it covers the top, keeping dirty laundry, clutter and pet gear out of sight so the room looks tidy on wash day, and keeping contents dust-free for blanket or off-season storage
- Side handles carry the whole load in one trip — grab them to move a full basket from bedroom to laundry room without spilling, easy to hold even when packed
- Handcrafted from thick natural rope — soft cotton on most colors, cotton with natural jute on the jute styles; no plastic, no stiff wicker, no splinters or sharp edges to snag your clothes, and about 6 lbs of densely woven rope
- Tall and space-saving — the upright flagon shape packs big capacity onto a small footprint, slipping neatly into a narrow bedroom, bathroom, nursery or closet corner where a wide hamper won't fit
- Decor-worthy and versatile — a blanket basket for the living room, catch-all bin for the nursery or extra storage for the closet; the handwoven Jute & Black Mix finish brings a warm boho, modern-farmhouse look and makes a thoughtful housewarming gift
